What you actually use it for
Four things the portal does that nothing else in your gym can.
An AI that has read your chart. A dietitian in your pocket. Your trainer’s programme next to your bloodwork. And one cart for all of it.
1Ask it anything
An AI that has actually read your chart.
It is not a search box. It answers from your own results, your history and what your provider has already written — then tells you where the answer came from.
- LabsWhy a marker moved, what is trending away from optimal, and what your provider flagged
- PeptidesWhat a protocol is for, how it interacts with what you are already on
- SupplementsWhether the thing on the club shelf fits your protocol — and when to ask a human first
Every suggestion cites its source and is tagged “Dietitian reviewed” or “AI suggestion”. It supports your care team; it does not replace them.

The AI health analysis: a 0–100 score across six body systems, biological age, and every marker outside the optimal band
2Guided by an Apex MD dietitian, RD
Photograph the plate. The macros fill themselves in.
A phased programme written by a registered dietitian, and a journal that does the tedious part for you. Your dietitian sees what you log.
- Snap a mealA photo returns calories and macros — no weighing, no database hunting
- Your programmePhased week by week, with targets set by your RD, not an app default
- It already knowsMeals logged in the EōS Fitness App appear here automatically
“What should I eat next?” answers against today’s remaining protein and calories.

3Coached by your EōS trainer
Your training plan, joined up to your bloodwork.

Questions
The portal, and who can see what.
Who gets the portal?+
Every EōS Fitness member on a Will Power membership, at no extra charge. Access starts once your intake is complete.
Do I need to be on a medical programme?+
No. The portal is where your labs, body composition and training live whether or not a programme is prescribed. A licensed provider decides what, if anything, is clinically appropriate.
Can my trainer see my bloodwork?+
Not unless you share it. Your trainer sees fitness and nutrition by default. Every clinical category is private until you grant access, and each grant carries a time limit you set and can revoke.
Can EōS see my medical records?+
No. Your individual clinical records are not visible to club staff. Any reporting that exists for the programme is aggregate and carries no individual medical information.
What does the AI actually do?+
It scores your panel across six body systems, estimates a biological age, flags every marker outside the optimal band and trends it against your last draw. You can also ask it questions about your own results, and photograph a meal to get macros back.
Is the AI giving me medical advice?+
No. It supports your care team. A licensed provider reviews your results and decides what is appropriate for you.
How often is it updated?+
Labs are drawn quarterly and included in the monthly plans. Tracking, workouts and wearable data update continuously.
Is my data secure?+
The portal is HIPAA compliant, encrypted in transit and at rest, and every sharing grant is logged with an access and activity trail.
